    Steakhouses are flourishing in Southern California. One sample is Cut, the Wolfgang Puck steakhouse at the Beverly Wilshire. Very invaluable, unkind scruple and always live. Many chefs have past on to gaping steakhouses and, I accept, all have been absolutely wealthy.
